The City of Santa Ana recently bid on the Well 32 Rehab project and received two bids: MMC at $12,266,500 and Caliagau at $13,409,524.
The Engineer’s Estimate for the project was $11.6M.
Due to issues with not receiving enough bids and zero bids on their Washington Well Drilling project, the City has decided to remove the Community Workforce Agreement Compliance from the project and rebid it.
